Sing Up is the Music Manifesto's National Singing Programme, which is working to get every primary school child singing in class every day. The government-backed project is introducing high-quality singing to the everyday lives of children in school, in their homes and in the wider community.
Teachers and parents are encouraged to join in too, with access to a huge online resource of song sheets, backing tracks and teaching tools. The initiative also funds and works with singing programmes throughout the country; promoting the practise as a stand-alone activity as well as integrating it into other subjects.
