As announced in November by Ed Balls and reported by the Music Manifesto, the Music Standards Fund has been guaranteed until 2011 at £82 million per year, distributed via Local Authorities.
Guidance on the Music Grant has been issued to all Local Authorities, with recommendations informed by the Music Manifesto's Report No.2.
