As we reported last month, the Government (through DCSF and DCMS) has appointed Youth Music, Abbot Mead Vickers, Faber Music and The Sage Gateshead to deliver Sing Up - the Music Manifesto National Singing Programme.
This programme aims to ensure that all primary-aged children experience and enjoy singing at the heart of their school lives and communities, and is supported by £10 million investment.
To deliver this exciting initiative, Youth Music (overall consortium leaders) and The Sage Gateshead (workforce development strand leaders) are now recruiting an extensive team across a wide range of disciplines at all levels from administration through to senior management.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a Singing Programme expected to reach 2 million primary school and 1 million secondary school children nationally. There has never been a more exciting time to join us!
