Sing Up registration
Has anyone else had problems registering with SingUp? I filled in the registration form in December, and received an acknowledgement, than almost immediately was told I had been removed from the mailing list while my eligibility is checked. I recognise the problem as I am a freelance singing workshop leader/teacher and also a KS2 supply teacher, but not attached to any one school. I have taught singing as part of the general curriculum at KS2 for 15 years, and since September I have worked in three schools on Wider Opps singing for Gloucestershire Music Service, and two as an independent singing leader, working on songs the children sang at a schools' cluster dance and song festival last night. I cannot re-register on the SingUp site because it tells me there is already a registration in my name, but I cannot log in because my email - the only one I use, is not accepted. I have filled in the SU freelancers' form, and I am registered with Music Leader. What else can I do?

Have you tried getting in touch directly with Sing Up? Their email is info@singup.org - they're a very busy team but they're very helpful. Or you can call on 020 7902 2939. I'm sure they'll be able to sort it out for you.

Thank you for that, the problem has now been resolved.
