If there was one hot ticket in town at State of Play, then it had to be the Forum Debates.

Deliberately provocative topics ensured lively verbal duels between passionate parties, ranging from musician Julian Lloyd Weber, Sound Sense's Kathryn Deane and ABRSM chief Richard Morris to Young Ambassadors from Youth Music.

Each debate was informative in the extreme, and superbly chaired.  Contributors were triumphant in their victories and gracious in defeat.
Just two motions were carried, with four falling convincingly.

The Music Manifesto would like to thank everyone involved. We appreciate that restrictions of space meant we had to turn some delegates away. Now though, the Debates are here for everyone to witness. So get ready to enjoy, and heckle!
