Students from Newcastle, Redcar and Darlington gathered on 17 March 2008 to enjoy making music together at the Sage Gateshead at the culmination of the Creative Transitions project.
Creative Transitions is one strand of the Sage Gateshead's 'Access to Excellence' Pathfinder programme, funded by the Music Manifesto, which has looked at innovative music activities spanning the transition between primary and secondary school and beyond.
