Teaching Music Effectively covers the main issues that need to be explored as part of a career in music. They also work closely with a subject specific mentor talking through instrument specific ideas and concepts.
Benefits:
• An insight into current trends in music education
• Opportunity to meet and network with other instrumental and vocal teachers
• A refreshed approach
• Introduction to new teaching ideas
• Certificate of completion for your professional development file
Course Structure:
• Two weekends, a total of four study days • A gap between the first and second weekends during which participants complete: - One action research project - One lesson observation recorded and sent to the subject mentor for feedback
